The Cycle Touring Festival 2020 sold out – but then had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 situation. Tickets for the event in 2021 will go on sale towards the end of the year.
Tickets can only be booked in advance, because we need to give numbers to the venue and to caterers.
Please don’t turn up without a ticket – we would have to turn you away.
What do tickets include?
All tickets cover the whole weekend and include:
- Camping on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night
- Food from Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon
- All talks, workshops and activities
There are no day tickets or tickets without food/camping.

Don’t want to camp?
B&B accommodation is available on site, at Waddow Hall. You will need to book this yourself by clicking here.
Once you have booked your B&B room, don’t forget to come back to this page to buy your festival ticket(s).
We want anyone to be able to come to the festival, regardless of their financial situation. If you would be willing to give us some of your time, we can offer you a discounted ticket. Click here for details.
These tickets are aimed at students and those not currently earning. If you do not fall into one of these categories, please buy a regular ticket. We can only afford to sell a limited number of tickets at this price.
We want to encourage families and children to attend the festival so are offering free tickets to anyone under 16 who comes accompanied by an adult.
Even though they’re free, please add the appropriate number of tickets to your order so we know how many people to cater for.
EVERYONE WHO BOUGHT A TICKET FOR THE CYCLE TOURING FESTIVAL 2020 WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND AS THE EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THIS REFUND POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO THOSE PEOPLE.
Up to two weeks after purchasing tickets: full refund
Two weeks after purchasing ticket until 30 April 2020: 50% refund
From 1 May onwards: no refund
